What we collect and why
- Care enquiries — the details you give us in the contact form (name, contact details, your message), used only to respond to you. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a care agreement.
- Job applications — the details and CV you submit, used only to consider your application. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to a contract of employment. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within 6 months unless you ask us to keep your details for future roles.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, use it for marketing without your consent, or transfer it outside the UK/EEA. Form submissions are delivered to our office inbox and secure systems and are accessible only to the people who need them.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to work. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies — if that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Contact hello@luxamorcare.org. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
